SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders have a shipping process between 3-5 business days.
We may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume. Once your order has been scanned into the shipping carrier’s network an expected delivery date will be reflected.
ORDER MODIFICATION
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to the shipping department and we will be unable to modify, or cancel any orders.

LOST OR STOLEN
Bella Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package, however once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Bella Butter is not responsible for undelivered packages due to misinformation of shipping addresses submitted by the customer during the checkout process.
TRACKING
Each order receives an assigned tracking number as soon as the label is printed. We encourage each customer to check their preferred method of communication provided during checkout to get updates about your order. If you have created an account, please login to get details about your orders. Once your order has been received by the shipping carrier chosen during checkout the duration of the transit of your package is solely controlled via the carrier chosen during checkout, this is completely separate from the allotted timeframe of your order in processing.
RETURNED ORDERS
Orders that are returned to the Bella Butter warehouse due to your package being deemed undeliverable by the carrier used to ship your package will be issued a Gift card. The gift card will be delivered via email for the retail cost of the products purchased and will not include the cost of shipping. We will not issue a refund or re-ship packages that return to the Bella Butter warehouse.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

We believe in our products. However, due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at BellaButter@aol.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “BellaButter#”), photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest!
